Refunds

Kits and packs are digital downloads delivered instantly. When you download, you agree that delivery starts straight away and that you lose the usual 14-day right to cancel for that item.

Unused downloads: if you change your mind within 14 days of buying, you can get a full refund for the downloads you haven't used. Email hello@kitmyagent.com, or contact Paddle at paddle.net.

Something wrong? If a kit doesn't work as described, tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it, refund the download, or both.

How refunds are paid: our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles refunds and pays them to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days. Refunded downloads are removed from your account.

This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
