Signing in, and the sign-in email didn't arrive

There are no passwords. Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link. Tap it and you're in.

• Each link works once and expires after 15 minutes.
• You stay signed in on that device for 30 days.
• Open the link on the same device and browser you want to use.

The email didn't arrive

1. Wait a minute, then check spam, junk, promotions and any "other" inbox tabs.
2. Check the email address for typos.
3. Ask for a new link if the old one has expired.
4. If you've asked several times in a row, you may have to wait up to an hour. We limit how many links one email can get, to stop abuse.
