Refunds

• Unused downloads: if you change your mind within 14 days of buying, you can get a full refund for downloads you haven't used.
• A kit that doesn't work as described: tell us within 30 days and we'll fix it, refund the download, or both.

To ask for a refund, email support@kitmyagent.com or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Paddle pays refunds to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days, and the refunded downloads are removed from your account.
